Team play and sharing of objectives
The Team operates without requiring substantial changes to the ongoing processes and activities.
We respond
We respond to a request from the Customer:
“I want…, I need…, is there a thing…, what can I do with…,
are you able to…, I’d like to but how much it costs …”
Operation: phone communications
We meet
Cognitive and relational meetings (we believe in sharing relationships). Every small or great project is unique and always requires extensive sharing: welcome, listen and analyse “what really is needed” (objectives, requirements, targets, scenarios, equipment, training, human resources, availability of the actors involved)
Operation: one or two calls via skype are held, completely free and without obligation. Following, a meeting in person at the Customer’s headquarters. The meeting is free; travel expenses are provided for meetings held over 300 km from our headquarters or abroad
We plan
We plan the development phases (resources, budgets and
estimates, work plans with timing of actions and tasks, road map, periodic audits and monitoring plans of the work in progress)
Operation: estimates, contracts and technical annexes; kick-off meeting
We implement
We implement and carry out the project actions.
We apply double-check of the partial results and
verify the progress of work with periodic audits.
Operations: reports of tests performed and results obtained, Audit reports and corrective actions.
We test
We test: internal testing performed by the developers and tests carried out at the customer or other authorized operators premises. Therefore, checks and continuous improvement, delivery, training and videos of the user manual.
Operation: test reports, delivery report
We maintain
Maintenance: assistance via e-mail, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, maintenance of the fruitful collaboration relationship.
Operation: during the first year, routine maintenance and assistance are free, in the following years assistance and maintenance are ruled by a specific contract
